Sortisis is a system for small and medium size manufacturers which uses barcode technology.
The system allows to plan, monitor progress and evaluate your contracts in real time from any place with internet connection.
The softwer is designed to fit easy existing processes of the customer.
Contract planning
Sortisis creates each contract with predefined activities. Project manager models the plan of a contract. Technologist items of the contract by importing material breakdown in excel format. The system tracks for every activity the percentage of done and validates against the set plan.
Timesheet evidence
Tracking real nett time is done exactly when a task is being executed. Employee records start and end of an action with refference to specific contract, item, action and workplace. Non-production professions may track their timesheets directly in PC client of the system.
Production monitoring
Employees working in a production hall scan barcodes from technical drawings and company id cards by using easy durable industrial logistic terminals. No PC is required to use for them. Employees can work on multiple machines at a time. Manager has immediate overview of the prodution.
Reporting
Sortisis offers several default reports from all the collected data and displays it directly in XLSx format, ready for instant download or print. For example Contract schedule, Statement of work for one or more employees or a contract, transitions of parts in production. The available data can be used for additional graphic or table reports.
